Dr Chris Brooks
Dr
Brooks is
an associate researcher at the University of Bristol and completed his
PhD on
the foraging ecology of the migratory zebra population in the
Makgadikgadi Pans
in 2005. He has a full professional guides licence and has been guiding
within
Botswana from permanent camps and as a mobile guide for 8 years. As a
researcher he has a long-standing association with the University of
Botswana’s
Harry Oppenheimer Okavango Research Centre (HOORC) and the Department
of
Wildlife and National Parks (DWNP). He has extensive knowledge of the
area and its seasonal cycles and can thus offer exceptional
advice on animal movements in the area.

Vince Shacks is a South African citizen, who moved to

Collaborators:
ESA and its directors are perfectly situated in the central tourism hub
of Maun. This allows the company to make use of the many resources and
services available to get teams into the field quickly and efficiently.
Our experience in the area has allowed us to form good relationships
with charter companies, tour operators and concession managers.
